Airport to Official Hotel Shuttle Buses

☑ All African Caucus (AC) participants are encouraged to use designated African Caucus lanes at the Airport upon arrival for customs and immigration processing.
☑ All participants are also encouraged to hold printed or electronic copies of the AC registration confirmation letters.
☑ Shuttle buses will leave from the Kotoka International airport every 30-45mins. The buses will depart according to hotel groupings.

By taxi:
Taxis are available outside the Arrivals gate at Kotoka International Airport in Accra, should delegates prefer to go to their respective hotels by way of taxis at their expense. However, we strongly recommend that delegates make use of the transportation arrangements made for them by the host country.
Should delegates choose to travel from their Hotels to the conference venue by taxi, the hotel staff will be on hand to arrange the same at the expense of the delegate.


Transportation

The host government will be responsible for all transportation and chauffeuring arrangements between Kotoka International Airport, officially designated hotels, meeting venue and any other side/social events for the 2019 African Caucus meetings. Please ensure that you provide your flight details during the registration in order for us to make transportation arrangements. If these details change after registration, please contact your liaisons immediately with the new information.


Moving Between Hotel to Conference Venue
